Today my mother very indignantly commented that she preferred this dress without the belt and flowy and whimsical. Personally, I like both. I think flowy and whimsical is all nice and good but I also love the idea of mixing hard and soft. A rough black with a baby blue. A flowery bow with a chainy necklace (of Abraham Licoln of course).
